M & M Waggy Tales began with a heartfelt understanding of the challenges faced by pet parents like us. Our beloved Lucy’s health suffered whenever we had to leave her in boarding, breaking our hearts each time. Her refusal to eat tore at our souls. We sacrificed our travel plans to care for her, but deep down, we knew this couldn’t be a lasting solution. When Lucy became a mother to 9 precious pups, our home brimmed with chaos and love. We nurtured each pup until they found loving homes.
It was then that we realized our calling – to create a haven for fellow pet parents, a place born from empathy and experience. Waggy Tales grew from our home, driven by the increasing demand from pet parents seeking compassionate solutions. Today, we stand as a pillar of support, offering a comprehensive range of services, because every wagging tail and loving glance reminds us of our journey and purpose.

Extremely rude facility, they have all the time in the world to keep defending negative reviews under their google profile which shows how much their ego matters to them more than providing quality service and assistance please shut down your operations as you are working in the wrong field if you can’t show ounce of respect while talking especially in a field requiring compassion.They call themselves to be a private limited company and have attitude that of an government official. Based off other lowest rated reviews as well they will now reply to this and blame the customer. Replying to their reply- We never asked for free of cost services good attempt to deflect the point and paint a different picture.A trial was just requested that too for 15 mins so that we understand if the pet is comfortable however the tone of talking was extremely unprofessional I don’t care if your company is charitable or Private limited and you are throwing such attitude at me please read all other lowest rated reviews and introspect . Highly doubt the time given to the pets when the owners are busy defending their vinegar temper and sour tongues. Also the reviews are added for caution of other consumers who would potentially avail the service not the Owners
